Redimo is operated by TF Labs

1. General Policy

Redimo is a desktop application for Redis and Valkey database management. Our refund policy applies to Redimo Pro license purchases as outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, users must meet certain criteria, such as non-usage of Pro features, technical issues preventing use of the application, or discrepancies in service delivery. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

3. Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@redimo.dev. Please include your license key, transaction information, and a detailed reason for the refund request.

4. Evaluation Period

Redimo will evaluate each refund request within 5 business days. We reserve the right to request additional information to process the refund.

5. Refund Issuance

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. The time frame for the refund credit may vary depending on the payment provider (Paddle).

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to, licenses used extensively after the 14-day period and special promotional offers.

7. Changes to Policy

Redimo reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
